Insulation board, also known as insulating rubber pad, insulation pad, insulation gasket, insulation blanket. The insulation pad is widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, laboratories and live line work.

It is made of rubber insulating material and there should be no harmful irregularity on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulation pad. The harmful irregularity refers to one of the following characteristics, defects uniformity, surface smooth damage, such as holes, cracks, local swelling, incision and inclusion of foreign body, conductive crease, voids, corrugated bump, and casting marks. Harmless irregularity refers to the surface irregularity formed in the process of production.

On the whole insulation board, 5 or more different points should be selected for thickness measurement and inspection. Measurements can be made using a micrometer or an instrument with the same precision. The accuracy of the micrometer should be within 0.02mm, the diameter of the drill is 6mm, the diameter of the plane presser is (3.17 + 0.25) mm, and the presser foot should be able to exert (0.83 + 0.03) N pressure. The insulation pad should be placed flat to make the measurement of the micrometer smooth.

Features of composite material made from glass fiber and anti static high mechanical strength resin: beautiful appearance, smooth leveling and surface, no dent; good heat resistance and moisture resistance, good electrical properties on dry and wet conditions; low water absorption rate. Antistatic properties: it has excellent anti-static performance, which can be divided into three categories: (1) single-sided anti-static: the black side is anti-static while the green side is insulated; (2) double-sided anti-static fiberglass board: the interior is water green glass fiber, and the surface is black with anti-static. (3) Overall anti-static fiberglass board: the anti-static value of any part is the same. Antistatic performance value (resistance): surface resistance: 1.9-2.0 / 10^6-10^9. The temperature resistance is up to 180℃.

Application scope: acid & alkali resistance equipment, electroplating equipment, solar photovoltaic equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water, exhaust equipment, washing tower, clean room, semiconductor factory and related industrial equipment, also the preferred material for manufacturing plastic water tank, wherein PP plates are widely used for punching plate plate, etc..
