Diphenyl ether modified epoxy phenolic silicon steel sheet varnish (164-1) is made from diphenyl ether resin, epoxy resin, heat-resistant polyester, xylene and etc.

It has advantages of rapid curing, refrigerant resistant , good adhesion and dielectric properties.

It is widely used for the insulation between the silicon steel sheets of large electrical machines,  alternating current motors and F class motors.

The temperature classification of this kind of product is F, which suggests that the temperature that it can withstand is at most 155℃.
