Application of Heat Resistant Fiberglass Sleeve

Heat resistant fiberglass sleeve: mainly used for electrical insulation materials, FSG soft, self extinguishing silicone glass fiber sleeve. FSG series soft self extinguishing silicone glass fiber casing is woven from alkali free glass fiber yarn, and then coated with silicone copolymer resin after high temperature treatment.
The heat resistant fiberglass sleeve has certain dielectric property, good self extinguishing property and superior softness. It is widely used in insulation protection of H-class motor, and in machine wiring and cluster of household appliances and electronic instruments such as energy-saving lamps, refrigerators, air conditioners, Yuba, televisions, etc.

Heat resistant fiberglass action:
1. To enhance the rigidity and hardness, the increase of glass fiber can improve the strength and rigidity of plastics, but the toughness of the same plastics will decrease.
2. Increase the heat resistance and heat deformation temperature; take nylon as an example, increase the glass fiber nylon, the heat deformation temperature is at least twice higher, and the general glass fiber reinforced nylon temperature can reach more than 220 degrees
3. Improve dimensional stability and reduce shrinkage;
4. Reduce warpage;
5. Reduce creep;
6. Because of the wick effect, it will interfere with the flame-retardant system and affect the flame-retardant effect;
7. Reduce the glossiness of the surface;
8. Increase hygroscopicity;
9. Glass fiber treatment: the length of glass fiber directly affects the brittleness of materials. If the glass fiber is not treated well, the short fiber will reduce the impact strength, and the long fiber will improve the impact strength. In order to keep the brittleness of materials from decreasing greatly, it is necessary to choose a certain length of glass fiber.
